Many of you have approached the Board regarding specific members of our community who have been non-compliant with and continue to blatantly disregard the established covenants. We would like to let you know that alongside guidance from our management company, we are diligently addressing these issues and enforcing the covenants to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Regarding specific issues that have recently been brought to our attention and as a reminder for all community members, please reference Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions – Sections 3.5(a-b) for parking policies, 3.6 for landscape requirements, 5.1 for Owner’s obligation to pay all assessments, and 5.7(a-d) detailing remedies and enforcement of payment by the Association.
