Hi neighbors,
We had an unfortunate situation a few weeks ago that violated Section 3.3(b) (reference above) of our CC&Rs. Loud music was played until the wee hours, and several neighbors, including myself, took notice and voiced concerns with the board. I can only hope that this was an isolated incident, but nonetheless this is a friendly reminder to please be respectful of your neighbors and aware that we live in a HOA neighborhood which is governed by covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs).
