It’s that time of year again. We are pleased to announce you can now pay your HOA dues online. Please use the following steps to register your account with our secured pay partner, or sign in as you did last year or find the address listed on your statement as well as the bottom of this post. All invoices are due within 30 days. Your account will be subject to late fees if not paid on time. If you have questions email us at questions@stargatehoa.com
First, you will want to go to the “Pay Dues” pages on the top right of the stargatehoa.com website screen.
Second, you will need to register with please pay. You only have to do this once, so no need to do it again next year.
You will need your account number printed on your HOA dues statement that you should have received in the mail.
On the top right side, as shown below, use your t000XXXX number to register.
The registration screen will look like this.
Once you are registered you can log in and choose from a credit card or bank account to pay your dues. *Keep in mind there is a convenience charge for this service.
Your balance will be shown in the summary, go to “One-Time Payment” to pay your dues, or if you want to sign up for autopay got to AutoPay.
Enter the amount listed on your statement. Then select continue.
Select your payment method and select continue.
Enter your bank account information or credit card information and select save.
You will see the account was saved and the associated convenience fee. Select continue.
You should see the final payment screen where you can now select “Make Payment”
