As you know Stargate has a parking policy that prevents vehicles and trailers from being parked on your lots except for driveways and garages. The city of Montrose also has a municipal code that restricts vehicles and trailers from being parked on the city street for more than 5 days.
For those with trailers that need a place to store them during the off-season, we have a solution for you. Situated about 150ft just south of the Stargate east entrance, there is a trailer storage facility. It has a digital keypad for 24/7 access and a secure perimeter fence. Although this is not a Stargate exclusive facility is very close and very convenient for storing RVs, trailers, snowmobiles, boats, and ATVs. Covered parking is available and space is limited.
