Save the date! August 13th, 2022, has been selected for our Stargate community yard sale. The HOA will pay to put an ad in the local daily press newspaper. We need someone to RSVP by emailing board@stargatehoa.com to make and post a few signs on the morning of August 13th. The HOA will post a message to the Facebook page Montrose Message Board the day before to get the word out digitally. We plan to post a start time of 8 am on August 13th. What do you need to do? Have your stuff out for sale on your property by 8 am on August 13th. You are responsible for your own belongings, price tags, and clean-up.
