Please reference Article 3.5 (a-b) of Stargate HOA Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, regarding parking policies which states as follows:
Neighbors have shared concerns regarding several properties in the neighborhood where passenger automobiles and/or construction equipment have been parked in backyard areas. It is important to note that even though these vehicles are parked behind your privacy fence, they are still visible from the road and/or adjacent lots. Please become in compliance with the CC&R’s or expect to receive a more formal notice in the near future.
